This cover looks so old, like Ranzuki issues I have from a few years ago.
Shirt + Vest/Cartigan + Skirt is a very easy coordinate to make.
I love the idea of adding plaid as a way to mix up the really bright ame-kaji look. Plaid should be the only pattern worn though.
